HS test (Heat Soak Test)

HS test is applied in order to avoid the sudden thermal crack risk after glass tempering. Tempered glass can suddenly break because of expansion of nickel sulphide insertions being in glass. The glass breakage can occur even after several years of building exploitation.

Edge processing

Provides an attractive finishing (aesthetic appearance). Lowers the risk of injury. Reduces the risk of cracking or breaking of the glass. Increase mechanical and thermal resistance. Glass thickness to be processed: from 3 mm to 19 mm. Glass panes of various geometric shapes can be processed. Min. dimensions: 300×300 mm. Max. dimensions: 2400×4800 mm.

Glass painting using a silk-screen process

Provides a superb decorative elements in interiors and exteriors. Provides high mechanical durability. The paint is process-hardened, what means that enamelled glass has the features of tempered glass and is attributed to the class of safe glass.

Drilling of holes

Make it possible to create advanced glazed systems (facades or dividing walls). Enable the design and mounting of frame-less construction. Enable the use of glass instead of other materials.

Insulating glass units

Protection from excessive sunlight (use of heat and solar-control glass). High features of thermo-insulation (use of heat-control glass). Noise protection (use of laminated glass with noise insulation).

Milling

Enables the wide use of glass in interiors and outdoor structures. Makes it easy to fit glass to existing designs. Enables the use of glass instead of other materials. Dimensions and types of cutters are specified by the customer. Glass with soft coating are NOT MILLED.

Tempered and thermally strengthened glass

Safe glass which can be applied in many different ways. Meets 1C1 and 1C2 safety class set by EN 12600 requirements. It is possible to use a glass pane of a smaller thickness due to the increased strength. It reduces the risk of injuries as it breaks into small pieces with smooth edges.

Laminated glass

Protective elements: wall partitions at banks, Exchange offices, jeweller and antique shops, etc. Structures: balconies, staircases, elements of floors, acoustic screens and curtains, elevators, platforms and gangways, wall of sea aquariums, etc. Elements of building exteriors: facades, shop windows and etc.
